What I like about Bluetti, apart from the very friendly support, which always endeavours to find solutions, is the great quality of the products. My new acquisition was the new 200W MP200 solar panel and I ordered the cable for my Bluetti EB55. What I had overlooked is that I already had the cable. Because it is part of the equipment of the EB 55. Well, now I have two. I hadn't sent it back. Bluetti gave me extra bucks for it, for my next Powerstation. Many thanks für this.
